Video Licensing Agreement

This Video Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the rights and restrictions associated with video content created and delivered by Jack Davis Videos (“JDV”). By purchasing or using JDV video products, the Client (“You”) agrees to the following terms.

1. License Grant

Upon full payment, JDV grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the delivered videos for your own business marketing purposes, including:

• Website use
• Social media posting
• Advertising (paid or organic)
• Email campaigns
• Sales presentations or funnels

2. Ownership

JDV retains full copyright ownership over:

• Templates
• Styles, designs, and visual formats
• Scripts and voiceovers
• Editing arrangements and sequences
• AI-generated narration
• Source project files (not provided)

You receive rights to the final delivered videos only.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute JDV videos
• Use JDV videos to create your own template business
• Edit or alter JDV branding to misrepresent authorship
• Remove JDV watermarking applied for unauthorized uses
• Use JDV templates for clients (unless licensed separately)
• Use JDV content to train AI models

4. DMA Exclusivity

DMA Exclusivity rights are governed by a separate agreement. Unless purchased separately, no exclusivity applies.

5. Termination of License

The license may be revoked if you:

• Engage in fraud, misuse, or copyright infringement
• Attempt to reverse-engineer JDV templates
• Initiate chargebacks or fail to fulfill payment obligations

6. No Warranty

JDV provides video content “as is,” without warranties of outcomes, performance, or results.
