Subscription Membership Addendum

This Subscription Membership Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements the Jack Davis Videos (“JDV”) Terms of Service and applies to all ongoing video subscriptions, including the Video Advantage Club and Monthly Dominance Plan.

1. Subscription Billing

• Subscriptions are billed automatically every 30 days.
• The billing date corresponds to the original purchase date.
• Clients authorize JDV to store their payment method securely via third-party processors.

2. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel at any time before the next billing date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued.
• Benefits remain active through the paid period.

3. Deliverables

Subscription deliverables (such as monthly videos, vertical videos, coaching calls, and discounts) are detailed on the corresponding product page. JDV may update or adjust deliverables to improve service quality or adapt to market changes.

4. Payment Failure

• If a payment fails, JDV will attempt to rebill up to 3 times within 7 days.
• After repeated failures, subscription benefits may be paused or terminated.
• DMA exclusivity discounts for members do not apply if membership lapses.

5. No Guarantees

Subscriptions provide creative marketing assets — not guarantees of performance, revenue, or lead generation.

6. Changes to Subscription Pricing

JDV reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice. Existing subscriptions will continue at current pricing unless otherwise stated.
