Refund Policy for Jack Davis Videos

Thank you for choosing Jack Davis Videos (“JDV,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Because JDV provides custom digital content and video production services, all sales are subject to the following Refund Policy. By purchasing any JDV product or service, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our digital products and services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

This applies to:

• Subscription plans
• Single Spark videos
• Triple Shot packages
• Power Pack packages
• Full Throttle packages
• Vertical video upgrades
• DMA exclusivity upgrades
• Extra revision add-ons
• Template retirement packages
• Coaching calls
• All custom-branded videos

Once production has begun, no refunds will be issued.

2. Subscription Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly until canceled.
• Cancellations must occur before the next billing date.
• No partial refunds are issued for unused days, unused video credits, or mid-cycle cancellations.

Upon cancellation, your membership benefits remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. DMA Exclusivity Purchases

All DMA exclusivity purchases—both single-template ($997 or $797 for Advantage Club members) and the Premium DMA Package ($2,997)—are:

• Non-refundable
• Permanent
• Non-transferable

Once DMA exclusivity has been granted and marked as retired, no changes or refunds can be made.

4. Revisions

• Each video includes one standard revision.
• Additional revisions require purchase of the Extra Revision Add-On ($47).
• Revision purchases are non-refundable.
• Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

If JDV makes an error in branding, spelling, or rendering, we will correct the mistake as part of your included revision.

No refunds are issued for:

• Client delays in providing materials
• Changes to branding after production begins
• Changes of mind about a template, script, or design
• Failure to use the delivered videos
• Platform bans, ad disapprovals, or account issues

6. Coaching Calls

All coaching calls—including the Advantage Club onboarding call—are:

• Non-refundable
• Non-transferable
• Must be completed during the onboarding period

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Because JDV delivers custom digital goods, chargebacks are not permitted as a substitution for following our Refund Policy.

Attempting a false or fraudulent chargeback may result in:

• Immediate service termination
• Revocation of licensing rights
• Loss of DMA exclusivity
• Permanent ban from future services
• Legal action to recover damages and fees

8. Exceptions (Extremely Rare)

JDV may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial credit toward future services if:

• A duplicate purchase was made by mistake
• Technical issues prevented delivery
• No work has started and the refund request is made within 1 hour

These exceptions are not guaranteed.
