1. Truth-In-Advertising Commitment
We require all claims—whether written, spoken, or implied—to be accurate and not misleading. We do not create or endorse:

2. Testimonials & Endorsements
JDV complies with FTC “Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials.” All testimonials included in videos must:

- Not be altered in a misleading way
Where a testimonial represents an outcome that is not typical, JDV will include a disclaimer such as:
“Results vary. No guarantee of performance is implied.”
3. Paid or Incentivized Endorsements
If a testimonial is compensated or incentivized, disclosure will be added per FTC requirements:
“This testimonial was provided by a compensated customer or actor.”
4. No Promises or Guarantees
JDV does not guarantee business growth, increased revenue, customer acquisition, or specific marketing outcomes. Video content is a creative and communication tool — results depend on numerous external factors beyond our control.
5. Transparent Pricing & Offers
We avoid hidden fees or misleading offer structures. Subscription terms, charges, and cancellations are always presented clearly before purchase.
